LAKELAND -- Police say one of the suspects wanted in a shooting that killed a three-year-old has surrendered in Hillsborough County.
Detectives believe 30-year-old Kevarius Green fired a rifle into a car during a March 11th shootout, killing three-year-old Jaquez Norton and 22-year-old Kemarius Wilson.
Green is in the Hillsborough County Jail awaiting a return trip to Polk County.
Police continue looking for the suspected driver and twin brother of one of the victims, 22-year-old Demarius Wilson.
