N. Korea Has Missile-Ready Nukes: Report

North Korea isn't close to crafting a miniaturized nuclear warhead that can be carried by missile and detonated thousands of miles away—it's already met that goal, according to a confidential report by US intelligence experts. The revelation is detailed in a Defense Intelligence Agency analysis completed in July, per the Washington Post, which notes a report published by the Japanese Ministry of Defense this week also found evidence indicating possible miniaturization in North Korea. 

While Pyongyang said it successfully tested a miniaturized nuclear warhead last September, the country is known to boast of capabilities it doesn't have and many experts believed miniaturization was still far off for Kim Jong Un's regime.
