(Washington, DC)  --  The White House is moving to settle a major dispute over birth control coverage under the Affordable Care Act.  The new rule calls for workers to receive separate payment from their employers' insurance or third-party administrators.  That will allow the Obama Administration to ensure contraceptives are covered under the heathcare law while addressing protest from religiously affiliated employers.  Those employers sought to exempt themselves from mandatory contraception coverage, which they claim violates religious rules against using birth control.
